Server data and settings, including tags, may not be retrievable due to such outages or changes. Image Guard reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service without prior notice.
Usage of your brand features
By using the service, you grant Image Guard all necessary rights to use your public brand features (such as your server's name, icon, banner, etc.) for any reasons, including but not limited to marketing purposes.
Changes to Terms
Image Guard may update these terms at any time without notifying users, if deemed necessary. Continued use of Image Guard after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
